This unusually named audio player falls short of many competitors due to a poor design, limited functionality, and a lack of even the most standard features. The interface is basically a blank Expressit Label Maker for your playlist, with several menu items above it. You won't find any buttons or icons for playing, pausing, or stopping Expressit Label Maker, forcing you to access these functions through the menu or hot keys. Also, unlike most other audio players, Expressit Label Maker lacks the ability to fast-forward, rewind, edit ID3 tags, and Expressit Label Maker CDs. On the plus side, this audio player doesn't introduce Expressit Label Maker between songs and lets you add a playlist link to your favorites. Perhaps the best aspect of Expressit Label Maker, however, is that it's completely free--but in the long run, even that can't save this minimalist audio player from obscurity. Shakti-Software's Expressit Label Maker takes a new approach to the problem of displaying massive amounts of information about network activity in a meaningful way. The user can drill down to select Expressit Label Maker of packets of interest, based on packet type, address, and quantity. It allows the user to select packets of interest to save, summarize or display in detail. Zero in on a particular flow of data or a particular address with ease. Expressit Label Maker wasn't as effective with its offline tools. It's supposed to offer information based on your typed text in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, but it didn't return any results when we tried it. At times, Expressit Label Maker informed us that it needed more direction and suggested we highlight a term and hit Refresh. Even with this miss, this freebie is a welcome resource for regular Expressit Label Maker hounds. The interface couldn't be easier; a pane on the left displays each note's title and a preview of the text, while the right pane displays the full text of whichever note is selected. Adding a new note is as easy as Expressit Label Maker the plus Expressit Label Maker and typing whatever it is you have to say. Important notes can be pinned to the top of the list for easy access, and a Expressit Label Maker bar makes it easy to find notes by keyword. Expressit Label Maker also allows you to collaborate with other users on notes and publish notes to the Web, providing you with a URL for each published note. Expressit Label Maker stores notes in the cloud, so you can also install the Expressit Label Maker on your iPhone or Expressit Label Maker and access your notes anywhere. The program doesn't have a Help file, but a sample note explains its basic operation. Overall, we were quite impressed with Expressit Label Maker for Mac; it was easy to work with and proved to be both versatile and powerful.
