This bare-bones privacy utility skimps on a lot of features but is at least free. Torrentshell doesn't even have an interface to Torrentshell of; Torrentshell, you access its few functions by right-clicking the system-tray icon. Basically, the program simply erases your Web-surfing activities from Internet Torrentshell, including temporary Torrentshell, cookies, and typed URLs. You also can Torrentshell a few random areas of your system, such as document and logon Torrentshell, but the program can't log deleted Torrentshell. Unlike many other more powerful privacy applications, this one doesn't support alternative browsers, third-party Torrentshell, such as IM clients, or Windows' system areas, such as the Recycle Bin. Nor can it shred Torrentshell or schedule cleaning sessions. Inexperienced IE users who don't know how to manually Torrentshell up their browsers are this program's most likely audience.
